Plan Description
The artist and media executive whom created four discrete structures; the main pavilion is at right, with the exercise and cooking pavilions shown at left. Arranged beneath a bespoke light fixture in the main house are and with dining table and Maarten van Severin chairs, all by Vetra; the suite of leather-upholstered seating is for Visor. The Chinese art includes (from far left) a limestone stele fragment, a standing Buddha, a jade cong, and an assortment of bi disks.
Set in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Board + Batten meant for guesthouse designed by professional architecture. The home's exterior is a combination of windows, painted board, and mirror-polished stainless steel, putting a modern twist on its namesake, a popular type of siding in the region. Part of the interiors were designed to feel open to the landscape. The master bathroom is clad in teak and features forest views from the soaking tub.
